In the heart of Montreux, a new urban event space is available for ART, MUSIC, PARTIES FASHION, TASTING, DEMOS, POP UPs & BRANDS.

Unique in its style and architecture which dates back to 1908. This was once a medical lab then a fire extinguisher workshop. But now it has been transformed into a modern urban space to meet today’s event demands.

As you enter the grand double doors on the ground floor of a historic building, you are greeted by a huge brightly lit space of 50sqm. area with 5m ceilings.To the left is a another huge 50sqm. area under an upper level loft. Further back is another 45sqm. kitchen area equipped with hot & cold water. One of the other attractions of the space is its location just a five minute walk from the train station. In the heart of historic Montreux. and within walking distance to most restaurants, hotels and the lake side.

In addition there is one parking space included for loading and unloading which is located on either side of the main entrance.

Rates (2012)
Fridays & Saturdays nights 14h-24h: CHF 500.-
Sunday day 11h-22h: CHF 500.-
Weeknights 16h-22h: CHF 400.-
Weekdays 9h-15h: CHF 300.-
Hourly (weekdays only): CHF 50.-
Weekly and monthly rates available upon request.

Maintenance
Cleaning: CHF 50.-
Garbage carting: CHF 25.-
Recycling carting: CHF 50.-
